RBL plugin & authentication

Description

rbl services like cbl will register floating ip adresses as possible sources of spam.

With this kind of plugin, if a legitimate client (ssl+auth) wants to send mail from one of the rbl registered ip addresses, it's not possible.

Solution is a silent smtp extension that checks this upon rcpt command, for auto registered ip rbls.
